Name: Warg
Ferocious wolf like creatures comparable in size to a horse and much more dangerous than a normal wolf. They are shift agile and deadly.Wikipedia description: In Norse mythology, a vargr (often anglicised as warg or varg) is a wolf and in particular refers to the wolf Fenrir and his sons Sköll and Hati. Based on this, J. R. R. Tolkien in his fiction used the Old English form warg (other O.E. forms being wearg and wearh) to refer to a wolf-like creature of a particularly evil kind. Trial usage: (Hakuda,Shunpo) Weapons: Powerful jaws that can shutter armor and cause deadly injuries and lethal bites. Claus that can tear apart any warrior that gets into its territory. A powerfull whip like tale and that land disastrous hits. |
Interesting, huh? Of course this is another’s rendering, but a nonetheless interesting to find drawings of creatures who until now have only lived in my head.
Here’s what would be my description if I followed the same guidelines.
Name: Tresez
Description: Ferocious, hideous wolf like creatures whose size resembles a Kodiak bear with black matted fur, midnight eyes, horrendous odor of rotting flesh with claws and teeth that will rip you apart easily.
Weapons: Jaws that when latched onto a physical form can crush and mutilate, ripping flesh from the body with ease. If scratched and fragments of the nails are left embedded under the flesh it will cause a long slow painful death as the body is poisoned with the toxin. A tail that can be used as a weapon also.
Abilities/Skills: The low rumblings of its growl will make most tremble in fear. It is hard to see in the dead of night as it bleeds into its surroundings. It will silently stalk you from the shadows and wait for the right moment to launch its lethal attack. They use their senses and track you with your scent.
Weakness: Can be killed by either snapping of the neck or stabbing through the heart. A side attack is best as ribs/legs can be broken to hinder their warrior abilities.
